Registration

Basic Registration Information for ALL participants:

The program that is used for registration is a product of HangAStar and is licensed
 for use the the National Senior Games Association (NSGA) who permits state games organizations like Arizona Senior Olympics (ASO) to use the program for a nominal fee.  This year, ASO is being charged $2 per transaction to use the program.  This fee is in addition to the credit card transaction fee.

While in the past this program has been titled HangAStar, the name is changing this year, and will be referred to as the Games Registration & Information Processing, or G.R.I.P.    Please keep this in mind while reading the registration instructions and while going through the registration process. 

Registering using G.R.I.P. REQUIRES the creation of an account.  Account information
contains basic information about you, but does NOT store more private information such social security numbers or credit card information.

If you registered for ASO games in the past year or for National Games in the past few years,you probably already have an account.  These instructions will help you to:

1.  register right away, if you have your account # and password
2.  find your account number and/or password & then register, or
3.  create an account & then use the account number & password to register.

AFTER YOU CLICK ON "REGISTER NOW" YOU MAY WANT TO  PRINT
THE INSTRUCTIONS SO THAT YOU CAN REFER TO THEM
WHILE GOING THROUGH THE REGISTRATION PROCESS, WHICH
WILL INCLUDE INFORMATION FOR INDIVIDUAL  REGISTRANTS,
GROUPS, DOUBLES  AND/OR TEAMS. 

DUPLICATE ACCOUNTS CAN CAUSE PROBLEMS FOR REGISTRATION
AND FOR GATHERING RESULTS, SO IF YOU ALREADY HAVE AN
ACCOUNT, PLEASE TRY NOT TO CREATE A NEW ONE!
